The biggest contributing factor to the break down of the British society is our government and the way it has changed the character of the majority.
Political Correctness is, amongst other things, is at the core of the way the British people now think. Ludicrous changes to the way we are supposed to speak are at the forefront of the change.
Political spin, alongside the complete nonsense propaganda spouted everyday by the likes of the tabloids and the BBC have corrupted the rational thinking of the populace. Political spin and an endless onslaught of “you should do this” or “you should say this” have shut down the thinking persons brain stems.
This has been done to stop us thinking, for a thinking person cannot be deceived. To continue their reign of lies and pure deceit that have to keep us in a sense of dullness, just accepting what they say as being true. Don’t think for yourself, for we will do it for you.
As people are more sucked in by this onslaught, they forget to object to the things that are changing around them. They might mown for a second and voice a pathetic outburst subdued by their lack of thinking, then return to the norm of their daily routine. Their propaganda controlled brain cannot, and will not even register, that they should be raising an objection to what they have just said. Their brain will not let them voice concern for it is dissent against the almighty executive, that their brain has been taught not speak out about.
Failing family values are not a concern anymore, as long as they can watch East Enders with a can of Stella. The true British values have died from the continual onslaught of government spouted crap.
Brainwash us, dilute us, destroy us, deceive us the list is never ending, the Fabians have reduced our country to something like an Equilibrium, all they need now is martial law and curfews to finish the job completely.
How many people will object? For the populace we decree “they are only doing it for our safety” as the disillusioned sheep imprison themselves further, with a blind image that “this must be the British way, for the government told me so”.

All They Have to do is Switch Off to Tune In and Turn On
This is so true but whilst we still excercise choice, it is remarkable how so many choose to turn the tell-a-vision on, the radio on and actually buy snoozepapers. This is because of the hypnotic power these routines exert and the more we do them the more we do them. We've become creatures of habit and find reassurance within routines, as a safe haven from the sensory overwhelm in our daily lives. Like the addicts we've become, we must fill the gap by switching on another dose of dronage. The gap would have been filled with those worrysome things called thoughts and questions about he futility of what we have just spent some 12 hours 'doing' and for what purpose. We might get dangerous ideas, like how things could be different or what life would be like if we didn't work, pay taxes or have a government! In school we are given answers before we even think to ask questions. Questions are seen as subversive things and an irksome trait of 'disruptive' pupils. Schools refer to fish and education is the net which traps young minds into performing certain modes of thought in order to justify their net worth in later employ or slavery. With one impulse or command, an entire shoal moves in a certain direction ..... there is no place for individual expression which upsets the formation being herded into the net.
Education is not about learning but about indoctrination and regurgitation of mainly useless and false information. It ensures that authority is obeyed and compliance to rules, desirable. If one bucks the net, all are often punished, so what is good for all is good for one. Little wonder that most adults are basically in arrested development, mere juvenilles in adult bodies, seeking outside authority and approval at every turn. Suffer their children to be thrown to the sharks soon after hatching to continue the process in becoming obedient consumers.
There was a famous case of mistaken child abuse amongst autistic children in America who were removed from their families who were later found to be blameless. Where then, did these children experience the horrible traumas of sexual abuse they related? From watching hell-a-vision; being plonked in front of the box for hours on end daily. Maybe autism opens up subconscious awareness to a greater degree of recall than in 'normal' children and adults but the effects are the same.
TV is so addictive and once switched on, is very difficult to switch off. The most effective mind-kontrol mechanism ever invented around advertising, it, together with allied media directs the minds and emotions of the majority of people alive. It's difficult to escape the influence even when, like me, one does not possess the apparatus. Neighbours on all sides have at least one TV per household and the transmissions affect biological life and brainwave patterns up to a distance of 30 feet! Once digital is standard, intensification of kontrol will be maximised.
Continual sensory overwhelm leads to a kind of walking-dead syndrome as the senses are numbed-out. The environment has become an ocean of electro-magnetic interference with which the mind and body are continually battling in order to gain some equilibrium. As the 'masters' know, this generally results in the uptake of further numbing substances such as alchohol and all manner of pain-reduction drugs. And so the cycle circles.
One of the 'virtues' extolled as being English is 'tolerance' and this compliant acceptance of intolerable conditions implodes, creating a nation of passive/aggressive victims of circumstance. Certain sections of the population are targetted through 'progammes' for passivity whilst others, for aggression. Meanwhile, laws are introduced prior to the cry 'something must be done' as young people are labelled yobs whilst all manner of foreigners are protected by race hate laws under the unholy umbrella of diversity. To be English is to be cursed.
But people do have a choice, if they but realised it and excercised it. All they have to do is switch the bloody thing off and throw it out. They won't do this, however, because they believe a) it's harmless and b) funniest of all, that they are 'selective' in their viewing. The cruel twist to this joke is that the majority of female prisoners are captive as a result of failing to pay their TV license and what a license it is to be mind-kontrolled and legally obliged to pay for the privilege! The British Bullshit Corporation, indeed.
Most parents haven't a clue the damage Disney does and this is considered the safest of viewing for their offspring. Children are induced into thinking they are cute animals, no more, whilst being fed sexual messages.
Political Correctness is an obvious oxymoron making morons of the heedless majority. The worst possible aspect of this, I find, is when one breaks the trance and says something valid, the dead sheep of the relative intelligentsia, let alone the DroneZone inhabitants, bleat out offensive slurs like 'racist' 'homophobic' 'anti-semitic' or the yawn-inducing 'conspiracy theory' without the foggiest notion as to where these slogans originated from or to where they are leading. People so often quote Orwell's 1984 yet so few remember his other masterpiece Animal Farm.
Two legs bad, four legs good ..... no, two legs good, four legs bad? Who cares .... pass the pills!
Excellent piece, Typsy All
Excellent piece, Typsy All very true. My only thing to add concerns the [unfortunately adopted] slogan 'Political Correctness". Hate the damnable phrase. A typical portmanteau which has convenient and malleable meaning. What is actually happening is we are being 'Corrected by the Political Classes'. Think of it this way and we are nearer to the truth. Sorry for the bitching, but it really gets my goat !

All They Have to do is Switch Off to Tune In and Turn On
Thank you for your comment Typsy. I don't wholly blame television for what has been happening in our society today. No doubt, it does, indeed, have a bearing on people who are less able to differentiate between the bad and the utter rubbish that the majority of people seem to enjoy watching. I do own a television, and, yes, I am very "selective" with my choice of viewing. I like to think that I am a well-balenced, educated person, not quite as "educated" as I would have liked to have been, but, going by your post and seeing the results of the so-called education that is being churned out now, makes me realise that I did the right thing by leaving school at fifteen, as soon as I was allowed to do so.
I have spent the ensuing years "educating myself", and even now, at the age of sixty-two, I haven't stopped learning. I make it my business to learn something new every day.
Regarding Political Correctness, it's a joke to expect people to comply with all the garbage that the PC brigade turn out, almost daily. I for one, will never do so, but sadly, people of my generation are reaching towards the final curtain, and won't be around for many more years. How things are going to be in our country then, can only be guessed at, but the omens don't look too good.
I am glad that I am of an age, when Common Sense ruled, because I despair for the future. Regards, Sandie.
