1) Cancer Increasingly it does indeed look like cancer is a result of our modern lifestyle. See recent examples such as: "Scientists suggest that cancer is man-made" (http://www.manchester.ac.uk/aboutus/news/display/?id=6243). There have been a good many successful investigations into cancer from both conventional and alternative researchers - some who combine both. It is conventionally accepted that cancer cells generate their energy using 'glycosis' whilst normal cells use 'oxygen respiration'. It has been found - even conventionally, that inhibiting the glycosis metabolism causes cancer cells difficulty in reproducing (thus slowing tumour growth) and if the process is sufficiently inhibited cancer cells are not able to derive enough energy and die (apoptosis). Glycosis effectively sets up an acidified environment within the body, whereas one closer to pH neutral is best the body is (it seems) quite happy in an alkaline-biased state; so one way to inhibit glycosis and to stimulate a bias towards alkalinity is by having a (healthy) diet that renders more 'alkaline ash' (there are easily available lists of which foodstuffs promote alkalinity and which acidity). Supplements that are suggested as being able to substantially assist in this - primarily through helping to boost oxygen respiration and increasing oxygen availability in the system - are (taken in the right proportions) common bicarbonate of soda, food grade hydrogen peroxide (at the appropriate dilution!!), and pure water with 'pure' sea-salt dissolved in it to the same salinity as the fluid surrounding our cells [roughly 1/4 tsp. of salt for every litre (i.e. 0.94litre) of water]). Additionally there are - again conventional, alternative, and those with a combined approach - researchers who have documented that electromagnetic pulsing can affect - even 'destroy' - cancers (and a range of other diseases) through (it is believed) inducing destructive resonance. This is based on the rather well substantiated notion that everything resonates at its own specific frequency and if you set up a harmonic that will stimulate that frequency - amplify it - the object in question will lose coherence and collapse [i.e. disintegrate]; given this it is theoretically possible to target certain types of structures and objects (e.g. cancer cells) even whilst embedded within other structures and objects and yet have no impact on those others (e.g. healthy cells). The Rife machines, and Clark zappers for e.g. are examples of this approach (though their originators differ in their beliefs as to what actually causes cancer and other diseases - they are both approaching the notion of 'cure' via a resonant method). These machines can be obtained 'relatively' cheaply if one searches the web ... they are even available on eBay (e.g. a well made compact unit from "spi-mel" is around forty quid, and a basic 'wires-and-clips' one from "princess_fyara" for around a tenner ... she even gives a free link to the circuit diagrams and parts list if someone wants to make their own [the circuitry is also in one of Dr. Clark's books I am told] - but there will almost certainly be many more suppliers). It would be good to get some references to the research on the effect of milk that you mention. 2) JH I saw John Harris at the New Horizon's talk. Very entertaining and charismatic! However, I agree with what appears to be the general consensus about 'structure'. A second 'however' however, is that - from the New Horizon's description - I got the impression it was going to be anecdotal, abstract and autobiographical rather than an instructional lecture; so, in that sense, I was not at all disappointed. A third 'however' – is that I agree the Freeman / Lawful Rebellion movement as a whole is lacking a clear approach to educating people. Very much there is a 'don't believe me go and check it out yourself' approach, and a 'you have to do your own research' approach. This is all well and good – we should make the effort to educate ourselves; but like the saying goes 'We should learn from our mistakes, but a wise man learns from the mistakes of others'. The movements lack any well articulated exposition of the practical steps involved, no substantial systematic documentation to provide a general background and educational primer; it is all currently fragmented (though it is getting better). Such movements whilst promoting the individual to (re)gain their own power also require that the number of such individuals increases as rapidly and as widely as possible, and that those individuals coordinate and cooperate. If those frontrunners with the substantive experience and researched knowledge would get together and produce some properly ordered and comprehensible material everyone could progress much, much faster (as the confusion, misinterpretation, misunderstanding and misdirection of purely individual research is slowing us all down). This site and Lawfulrebellion are pretty much the best – and getting better – but still they appear largely fragmented and ad hoc. There is great value in someone who spots 'shit' pointing that 'shit' out to the rest of us, even if that individual does not know what to do about it … it brings it to our attention and opens up the possibility that people will find a way to deal with it. Another 'however' – those who have actually experienced the 'shit' and dealt with it in some way could do a much better job of passing on the benefit of their experience. I don't think anyone expects the frontrunners to have all the 'answers', or all the shovels – but certainly a clear step-by-step description of the 'shit' they have encountered and a step-by-step description of how they obtained or constructed the 'shovels' they use would be extremely helpful to those who wish to make their own. Still … in conventional terms this is all very young; so one really ought to give major credit to those who have been the first among us to not just think things need to be faced up to but actually stand up and say 'No more!' - and it is amazing how rapidly what they are waking people up to is spreading.
