The Greatest Charter of Liberties -- The Beginning - [Updated 26/11/2008]

The Magna Carta is dead, long live THE GREATEST CHARTER OF LIBERTIES.

Greatly inspired by David Grothier's The Magna Carta and basis for a Great People's Party of Britain. Now The Beginning!, and the obvious mis-governance of our country, I have decided to start my own blog with the purpose of INITIATING the drafting of a new Charter Of Liberties that, will once and for all set in stone the basic rights and liberties of EVERY individual in the country, which includes the right for ALL to have a say in the running of it......for all time.

This task offers the opportunity for every single individual (as far as possible of course) in the country, and in keeping with the radically new way of decision making, to choose, consider, discuss and vote on the important content of our new Charter Of Liberties, The Greatest Charter of Liberties.

So...here we are. I'm here to get the ball rolling and provide a starting point.

VICTIMS OF LAWFUL PLUNDER

Men naturally rebel against the injustice of which they are victims. Thus, when plunder is organized by law for the profit of those who make the law, all the plundered classes try somehow to enter -- by peaceful or revolutionary means -- into the making of laws. According to their degree of enlightenment, these plundered classes may propose one of two entirely different purposes when they attempt to attain political power: Either they may wish to stop lawful plunder, or they may wish to share in it.

Woe to the nation when this latter purpose prevails among the mass victims of lawful plunder when they, in turn, seize the power to make laws!

Until that happens, the few practice lawful plunder upon the many, a common practice where the right to participate in the making of law is limited to a few persons. But then, participation in the making of law becomes universal. And then, men seek to balance their conflicting interests by universal plunder. Instead of rooting out the injustices found in society, they make these injustices general. As soon as the plundered classes gain political power, they establish a system of reprisals against other classes. They do not abolish legal plunder. (This objective would demand more enlightenment than they possess.) Instead, they emulate their evil predecessors by participating in this legal plunder, even though it is against their own interests.

It is as if it were necessary, before a reign of justice appears, for everyone to suffer a cruel retribution -- some for their evilness, and some for their lack of understanding.

We the working people of this country are treated like a unwanted necessity by those who miss govern us, they don't want us, but they need us and at a whim we could apply a strangle hold upon this country, the likes that has never been seen before and it can be done completely lawfully.

THE BEGINNING:

Since the beginning of civilisation the many have been governed by the few. Theoretically, this should be an ideal situation, (with leaders that have the right qualities it could be!) except for one thing; the few have taken advantage of their privileged positions of trust and are MANIPULATING SOCIETY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THEMSELVES ONLY. We, the general population of Great Britain are suffering ever increasing costs of living, ridiculous political correctness, uncontrolled immigration, rising violent crime, oppression, ever increasing loss of privacy, surveillance, depression, and lies lies lies from our corrupt politician's in government and their associates etc etc on and on and on....and it's getting worse! It has to stop, BEFORE its too late. Most are unaware of the manipulation that they are subjected to on a daily basis. Most are unaware that they are in FACT nothing more than slaves.

It can be different.

It HAS to be DIFFERENT... but how?

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights - Article 1:- All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights.They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.

The idea is very simple AND true:

    Each individual is entitled to, by natural law, the exact same rights as the next.
    Each individual is equally as important as the next. Lineage is NO excuse.
    That being the case, each individual has the right to have a say in the evolution and affairs of our country.

While every individual contributes to the management of our country there can be no slavery, it is a free natural organic process.

One way to be sure that we are never enslaved again is to create a Charter of Liberties that has been written with the opinion and input of every British individual. A Charter of Liberties that outlines our basic rights and liberties, number one being the right of individual sovereignty. It should contain the right of the individual to participate in the running of our country--we have internet now, don't we? and probably the most important clause would be that it can be changed or amended by popular vote only!. Period!!

Some might say that the Government wouldn't allow such a document to be drafted.

Many will say that if the document is fair, ethical, honourable and just, if it is for the many as opposed to the few, if it is so right and just that there can be NO ARGUMENT AGAINST IT then it will be put into place whether or not the few accept it. The people will make sure of it.

Choose content--carefully!
Draft the results into the new constitution
Create public awareness
Bring into effect
