They went back to their van and immediately the thought went though my head that they are going to take my car, so I grabbed my video camera and went for a chat with them, the unedited video is available on this page for you to view.
I may have said some foolish and incorrect things but you do when you are faced with two bullyboys. In the end they went away empty handed and didn’t even clamp my car and it clearly shows they are powerless if you don’t let them into your house.
When they did leave a got a nice "Notice" through my door.

I'm going to dig my vid out of the bailif who came to blag me, not as eloquent as yours, I didn't know what I now know, but I had him telling lies, wouldn't show me his ID, the works. Council Tax
I would recommend Robert: Menard's videos in which he describes dealing with agents of state by remaining calm and amiable.
Overall I was not impressed with this video. The free-man seemed flippant and confrontational, he wasn't very articulate and seemed to have trouble explaining his position which, ultimately, did him no favours at all.
I would suggest just keeping conversation down to the essentials and certainly not telegraphing your future intentions, or preaching to the bailiffs about the state of the nation, it just isn't appropriate in a situation like this where you need to keep a clear head.
I hope that you take this as constructive criticism and not as an aside.

Can't you just file an N3 for improper service of summons? That usually stops the clock on any court action for a couple of months at least and can easily wipe CCJs. About 75% of summonses are unlawfully served.
How did they obtain entry to the automobile and is it an automobile or a registered vehicle?

Fisrtly you would have had several opportunities with the council to bring the account up to date which having failed to do, a Liability Order would have been passed against you in your local magistrates court. This would then have been sent to a civil enforcement agency to be collected. You would have received several letters advising you of the situation as well as granting you the opportunity to set up a payment installment plan, which either you failed to do, or defaulted upon. Your endless ramblings about Magna Carta and your so called "rights" are just so much hot air. Every civilised society has laws and taxes which are collectively applied to pay for street lighting, refuse collection etc. This cannot reasonably and practicably allow for individuals to decide whether or not they are going to pay. Your attitudes are those of total anarchy.

I have just read through the comments that have been posted in reference to this video. It seems to me that the opinions of Mr Grothier are nothing more than some unrelated, spiteful attack on Dan Hughes. What exactly is your point Mr Grothier, if indeed you have one? Firstly I was 17 almost 18, and considering I have moved out a few months down the line and am fully independent. I feel age is irrelevant more the individuals level of maturity. My dad didn’t ‘let’ me get beaten up and I am confident had he known what was going on he would have been at my side instantly, however he was powerless to do anything and can not control the actions of others.
I wasn’t exposed to anything due to my parents, just happened to meet the wrong person and learn some harsh lessons, but have had my supportive father throughout.

So far I have managed to fend off TV lic., That one was a good one, he started to do a record of what i was saying but he gave up, too much swearing which he decided to put on his notes, for which i got a phone call which was just as flowery.

I haven't seen the video but it is a case of significance on the widest possible scale. However, we have to be circumspect and know two things firstly, the system is deliberately set up to enslave us. And secondly, when you go down this route you must be prepared to give up everything you own, because they are going to take it.
If you are a person with a Spiritual bent on life, I myself believe that we are living in a dream world and nothing is real. I would also argue that we have no Freewill and everything is predetermined.
The point there is from a Spiritual perspective it is much easier to let go of your attachments to material things. The devil is in the detail and they (the dark force) currently manipulating the illusion know this therefore they use all sorts of psychological inculcation to create this attachment to materialism.
I feel what we need is a Political Party that is Anti Tax and therefore Anti War and Anti Slavery which is why I am a Anarchist in the political sense. And Anarchy does not mean what they portray it to mean, i.e violence. In fact Government is Violence Government kills more people than religion.
