I was a crown subject apparently by birth. That is simply a con, at the age of 0 I was not in a position to give free and informed consent. When I found out what Ms. Windsor, Tony Blair, Gordon Brown and David Cameron (by way of example) were up to I wrote to Mrs. Windsor in robust terms as torture, terrorism and murder is not something that I accept. I know people look at the intracies of law, Ms. Windsor is a Rothschild not a Royal, the 'donation' was a complete fraud so most of the laws and organisations people fess over are without foundation.

We are not persons other than for the purpose of statutory laws. The word "person" is used in the statutes simply to make us believe that statutory law applies to us. To clarify this one just needs to look at how "person" is defined in a law dictionary, here Black's law dictionary: "A human being is not a person because he is a human being, but because rights and duties have been ascribed to him...."
Your parents have given consent to the government to create a person of you by registering your birth with the government. Obviously, they had no idea what this meant like most people because governments base almost everything they do on deception. By registering your birth, your parents have unwittingly instructed the government to ascribe rights and duties to you which are the statutory rights (i.e able to claim unemployment benefit, to get a state pension etc) and duties (i.e. to pay taxes, to comply with statutory laws and to appear in court when asked to do so). Take a look at your birth certificate. Is you last name in all capital letters?
You then have later confirmed that you are a "person" by applying for your driver's license and a passport. Your name appears in all capital letters on those documents. Your bank account has your all capital letter name, your mortgage agreement and so on. This is your legal and fictional person which you think is you. You, as a human being, accept liability for this artifically created person because you think it is you. We are human beings and we are free. Defining ourselves as "persons" makes us slaves.
The confusion arises because in our ordinary day to day dictionaries "person" is defined (amongst others) as "human being". However, "human being" is not defined as "person" unless the human being acts in a capacity. This shows that "person" is NOT a synonym for "human being".
Statutes and laws are written in the language of the law which redefines the most ordinary words in a way that the normal mortal cannot understand them anymore.
There is only one real and lawful law in this country and that is Common Law. Common Law is based on three core principles which ensure the honour of a human being for as long as he adheres to them:
1. I will not do any unnecessary harm to others.
2. I will not damage, steal or otherwise misappropriate somebody else's property.
3. I will neither knowingly engage in nor knowingly endorse a fraudulent contract..
The government in this country (as well as most other countries) obviously violate all 3 core principals of common law 24/7 in a moral sense, however, they usually only act against others within their own legal framework of statutory law. Since we are all accepting liability for our artifical government created persons, we fall under statutory laws and regulations. If anybody strikes against a human being who has decided to no longer be governed by such a government and has given lawful notice of this, then the consequences for those who have ordered such a strike or carried out orders to strike are so serious in their lives after death that it would invoke pity in those who they struck against.
Therefore, we should stop complaining about government because they are servants in the house of a master (namely us) which has not checked the servant's doings for a long time and therefore has lost his authority due to complacency. Now, it is time for the master to show the servants their place and that requires courage because the servant has become quite powerful.
I think it was Abraham Lincoln who said that the only thing to fear is fear itself and it was Ghandi who said: "There is no path to peace. Peace is the path".

I had looked at maritine law and such and was aware of the 'person' and it would have been simpler if I had not used this word though the legal fiction this creates is by deception for most people which is significant in itself. If I said I wished to pick up a ball that landed in your garden and you consented but then entered the property and took the cars and emptied the house people would perhaps consider that an outrage, but that is what courts do, they are founded on such trickery. It is far worse as a human being is assault via this deception. I did seek legal advice on how to remove such legal attachments but I found they required accepting what had existed in the first place, I do not and for such reasons I have requested all tax paid to be refunded and access to inspect the accounts of HMCRE and the crown itself.
I was taught the word person comes from the word persona which means a mask so much goes right back to the creation of the words, much trickery is embedded directly in language itself, though the legal system adds layer and layer of deception. It isn't reasonable to expect people to know what having their name in capitals means and even if they did, outright monopoly has been sought through the crown so these problems cannot be left unresolved.

"The Crown" is a corporation in the "City of London". The "City of London" is a seperate state and is not bound by the statutory laws of the Westminster Parliament. Therefore, "the Crown" is a corporation of a foreign power. Can they or you produce a contract signed by both parties showing that you have willingly and knowlingly surrendered all your rights?
Moreover, which contract is in place between the Westminster government and "the Crown" making you party to this unknown contract? You cannot be liable if another party makes you party to a contract with yet another party without your knowledge and consent usually given with your signature.
In simple terms, all you need to do is formulate your understanding of this whole scenario and ask "the Crown" as well as the Westminster government to show you a copy of all the contracts which you and they have signed which make you liable under any statutory laws. Aim of this is to get them to let the cat out of the bag. They will not comply, hence, you are not liable. You cannot be.
However, research well and know who you are. Start sending notices to as many government offices as you can in form of questions and make your intention clear that if they cannot proof that they have authority over you, you can no longer comply with their demands as this would be unlawful.
The reason for sending out notice after notice is to educate those who work in government offices. They are human beings also doing what they are told to do. A letter full with good questions will open eyes. The more letters, the better. It is not about fighting, winning or loosing. It is about creating awareness. It works, it always does.

The synthesis of ‘capitalism’ and ‘communism’ being ‘socialism’, in quotes as these are all specialised forms of these ideologies based on totalitarian rule with no public rights. Money is another of the illusions with a fractional reserve where the fraction is in effect negative and all notes are loan notes. The game being played is one of power, a monopoly of power and this has been incorporated directly into the templates of each of these systems.
One could perhaps model the UK as a ship with two rudders, one large and one small. There is government which simply creates more government and is in effect the large rudder. The secret hand of power is the small rudder which maintains course steering mankind to cataclysm. Fortunately truth has been sought; knowledge and wisdom acquired and shared helping people to discover the truth of their own lives. People are then in a position of self determination empowering the world to heal.

I agree with your post, I just though I would add some comments.
I have read some of the corporation’s contracts that enslave the nation for example between the bank of england and their government that allow people to be sent to war under a bank draft. I don't see these in the context of law, disobedience wilful or otherwise at state level is often paid for in blood courtesy of their security departments, such entities the public know as MI5 and MI6 who have the nasty habit of using their MAD policy (medically assisted death). I went to one of these operations quite recently to ensure what was meant to happen didn't happen.
The core power trick in this as I see it is something called elections, that people who are not aware of what the government represents vote under the belief that this is exercising their freedom, this is not true. I say election, election fraud is one of the numerous topics I researched and I went to see the evidence of this. Whistleblowers on such things are typically silenced by the crown corporation's police. As the public now contribute to the police they would perhaps believe that they are a public service, this is not true it is a private force and was founded as such.
As for laws that were being used to assault people with I took learned advice and asked the reasonable question to prove the law. The question appeared to confuse so I checked. For example the document that allowed the appointment of heads of state etc was a consequence of a forgery, a fraud run by another part of the corporation know as the Vatican. I checked the details, am satisfied it was not only a fraud but was quietly conceded as such.
I had filed issues of substance throughout ‘offiicialdom’. If one adopts the legal context there are significances to that process as it generated discovery and evidence on its own and during that process internal remedy was exhausted. This includes head olympian Mrs Windsor, their government, their police service and elsewhere.

I have put together some of this, but what to do about it is a complete mystery and time is getting really short now. I am just a secondary educated nobody, which puts me and millions like me at a great disadvantage, we need documents we can just copy and change the odd thing or two so we too can join in and put our numbers behind this thrust for freedom, without this guidance we will be sunk as the majority of people have no clue.

Governments can ratify many Treaties, but they must be aware of the contents of the Treaties they sign up to and intend ratifying. I am aware that certain Members of our Government, although have ignored our Constitution in the past, have used it recently, and also Mr Straw has written an article mentioning our Constitution in his attempts to bring forth a new Constitution and Bill of Rights. They know without a doubt that they should reject the Treaty of Lisbon. There is no need of a referendum, just an out right rejection. To accept the Treaty with its present contents would be a violation of the solemn Oaths of Allegiance each make to the Crown and their Country.
The Government must be aware that the British born people have a duty under their allegiance to their Queen, to fight for their Country, this is also made clear by the 'evidence' of Jane Birkby above. 2008 may well be the year of the second glorious revolution and pray that it is as 'glorious' as the first.
Governments speak of "Democracy", letting the people have their say. Even Commission President Boroso has said that, "Europe will not survive without the support of its citizens." I will add that neither will the United Kingdom Government survive without they listen to the voices of the people that voted for them and pay them their excellent salaries and marvellous expenses which up to now they have never had to account for.
Most certain they could not expect to remain in Government or Parliament if the Lisbon Treaty is ratified, for it is a massive obstruction of democracy, certainly constitutional legality and loss of sovereignty. That loss of sovereignty would devolve to the European Council. As we are witnessing now, Parliaments are almost empty in the debates on the Treaty because they know there is not one item that can be altered by National Government or Parliament.
It is a Constitution for a dictatorship. No longer any need to continue the pretence of a process of 'democracy', and there obviously will be no "accountability" to anyone.
The change will be as Constitutional as it can get from the separate European Nations to the EU itself as a Federal State of European Union.

wronged, British Citizens are entitled to a remedy and to seek redress in law. Punishment must fit the crime and must not be
excessive or unusual, such as torture. Judgements must be exercised with compassion and mercy at every level.
Right to be defended from our enemies.
Right to defend self, family and property by whatever reasonable means necessary.
15. Right to private ownership of property and assets.
16. Right to engage in any activity not specifically banned in the national interest or safety.

I'm not picking here - I seriously like what's being done, and will do it myself once the procedures are clear. But I do have some questions:
1. Doesn't it have to be a Commissioner of Oaths who signs it, and not just an ordinary lawyer? This is because a Commissioner of Oaths IS an officer of the court ... any court.
2. Doesn't said Commissioner of Oaths then have to lodge the affidavit officially with a court (level, I don't know), and a trip to Buckingham Palace is unneccessary?
2. I thought the time period for an objecting response from "the law" was more like 10 days than 40?

In answer to your questions.
1. No - A lawyer is / or has the powers of a commisioner of oaths.
2. No - The affadavit is and remains the property of the persons who wites and signs it. The lawyer is not obliged to do ANYTHING with it.
3. The affadavit is made with the Magna Carta as a foundation and in the Magna Carta 40 days is stated - so 40 days in the affadavit reflected this.
Hope this spurs you on to do the same as John Harris.

I swear to God that I am seriously considering following suit. I (AND THE BRITISH PUBLIC) have nothing to lose...or do I?
I obviously have some reservations regarding the ramifications of such a move. I guess I can speak on behalf of everyone by saying that we need to be sure of what we are getting ourselves into.
PLEASE give more information, mate, and I'm sure that, after such information is forthcoming, that fears will be alayed and LAWFUl revolt may begin.

I have known most of the process but lacked the final pieces of the puzzle, so to speak.

Reading Sophia's response, I would like her to beware of other "innocent" sounding matters. This present Government has decided we need a new Constitution and Bill of Rights, and for which you may well be 'given' a referendum.
Beware! So, my goodness, wouldn’t it be great if the people of Britain had a written Constitution, the very first written constitution this Country has ever had, everything set out in one paper? Doesn’t that sound absolutely lovely and in our life time too? But then, maybe the people will start to wonder what can be behind this Government that has only ever done things that they want, that will benefit THEM, come on—they have ignored the millions of people that wanted a referendum on that treacherous Lisbon Treaty so WHY should this Government remember suddenly the people that voted for them, pay their wages. Surely it is all too good to be true?
What Mr Straw will NOT tell the people is that in voting FOR IT, they may also be agreeing to getting rid of Magna Carta and the Bill of Rights we already have. Magna Carta holds the key to being used on an overbearing Government in the same way it was once used to very good effect over an overbearing King. Also not explained fully by Mr Straw is that in creating a new Bill of Rights and written Constitution that the people would vote on, if accepted by the people, it would destroy in a ‘yes’ vote the Bill of Rights 1688, which holds the Oath of Allegiance to which British Governments and the rest of us swear by. MP’s perhaps think they would not be violating their oath of Allegiance to the Crown or Country by ratifying the EU Constitutional Document if there is no Oath to swear to. Violation of the Oath of Allegiance is the very essence of treason.
Magna Carta is a TREATY between the people and the Crown; this is why Parliament has to get the people themselves to agree to 'do away with it.' Ah yes, by stealth probably, without telling the people why.
I believe that in ratifying the Lisbon Treaty (which binds us all) in which they will be giving away the Royal Prerogative of Treaty Making Powers (and eventually war making powers-plus a great deal more 'give aways') is a violation of their solemn Oath of Allegiance they all make to their Queen and Country. Get rid of their Oath of Allegiance to the crown and conjure up one made to the State and they can do what they like-even give away and destroy this Country forever.

Magna Carta 1215 was a contract between the people and the Monarch forged on liberty and freedom for all and installed the very basic essential first rule of law ‘…no one is above the law and all are treated equally within in it...’ Magna Carta is Habeas Corpus, true law.
In 1297 Magna Carta was made a statute by Parliament which conveniently left out article 61 so why was this done? Simple truth was that Parliament new (and still knows now) that the power within this country resides with the people and if they were to have any form of control over the people, they would have to make us believe that they had the power.
All Common Law across the world is founded on the principles of Magna Carta and thus the power in any country resides with the people.
Concerning the Bill of Rights again a statute made by Parliament on the wording of the Declaration of Rights and again changed for their benefit. William and Mary were made to sign the Declaration before they could take the throne thus again a contract with the people.
Now we as a people have to do the same and formulate a new contract with our Monarch, to establish to all, that the power resides with us the people. In what I have done I have started this process and shown people the way forward but as the old saying say’s; you can lead a horse to water but you cant make it drink.
No political party can solve this problem for again their system is based upon power over the people. The only way that it can work is when true representatives sit in the House of Commons, independent representatives of their own communities who are not paid to do the job; they do it for the love of their community, their country and their people. When money is involved corruption is not far away as is oh so evident now across the whole world.
My freedom is god given and all I have done is removed myself from a system I had no say in joining. My Affidavits and subsequent Freeman status in their world was only done to let them know I am not playing by their rules any more. When in fact the real truth is; I was free all along as is everyone.
Magna Carta created order among the free; Magna Carta is the law of the free.

What you say is true about, so the parties in opposition to the government are also complicit in treason by not asking the right questions to the government of the day about loss of the bill of rights 1688 and the Magna Carta?
Therefore if government ministers are bought to book in regard to treason and all ministers of the governments from 1973 onward are arrested so must all opposition MP's be arrested also because they are complicit.
