BERLIN, July 30, 2007(LifeSiteNews.com) - Booklets from a subsidiary of the German government's Ministry for Family Affairs encourage parents to sexually massage their children as young as 1 to 3 years of age. Two 40-page booklets entitled "Love, Body and Playing Doctor" by the German Federal Health Education Center (Bundeszentrale für gesundheitliche Aufklärung - BZgA) are aimed at parents - the first addressing children from 1-3 and the other children from 4-6 years of age.
"Fathers do not devote enough attention to the clitoris and vagina of their daughters. Their caresses too seldom pertain to these regions, while this is the only way the girls can develop a sense of pride in their sex," reads the booklet regarding 1-3 year olds. The authors rationalize, "The child touches all parts of their father's body, sometimes arousing him. The father should do the same."
Canadian author and public speaker Michael O'Brien who has written and spoken extensively about the crisis of culture in the West spoke to LifeSiteNews.com about the shocking and extremely disturbing phenomenon. It is, he said, "State-encouraged incest, which in most civilized societies is a crime." The development is, he suggests, a natural outcome of the rejection of the Judeo-Christian moral order.
"The imposed social revolution that has swept the western world is moving to a new stage as it works out the logical consequences of its view of man's value," said O'Brien. "It is merely obeying its strictly materialist philosophy of man. If man is no more than a creature created for pleasure or power. If he is no more than a cell in the social organism, then no moral standards, no psychological truths, no spiritual truths can refute the 'will to power' and the 'will to pleasure'."
The pamphlet advises parents to permit young children "unlimited masturbation" except where physical injury becomes apparent. It advises: "Children should learn that there is no such thing as shameful parts of the body. The body is a home, which you should be proud of." For ages 4-6, the booklet recommends teaching children the movements of copulation.
Another product of the BZgA is a song book aimed at children of four and slightly older which includes several songs espousing masturbation. The song-book entitled "Nose, belly and bum" includes one song with the following lyrics: "When I touch my body, I discover what I have. I have a vagina, because I am a girl. Vagina is not only for peeing. When I touch it, I feel a pleasant tingle."
"The wiser and deeper position of most civilizations recognized that children need a period of innocence," commented O'Brien. "Now the state, the German state, is encouraging destruction of this state of innocence," he added. "This is consistent with the materialist philosophy that sees all moral norms and all truths about human nature as repressive. Pleasure and their distorted concept of freedom are their only guiding principles."
According to the Polish daily newspaper Rzeczpospolita, the BZgA booklet is an obligatory read in nine German regions. It is used for training nursery, kindergarten and elementary school teachers. Ironically it is recommended by many organizations officially fighting pedophilia, such as the German Kunderschutzbund. BZgA sends out millions of copies of the booklet every year.
"A society such as Germany's which is already in steep decline, indeed into degeneration, will only inherit the whirlwind of violence and further levels of degradation of their own people," warned O'Brien.
"It has happened before in Germany. It has happened in other nations. Different causes but the same dynamic, the rejection of the moral order of the created universe results in radical evil. The German state intervention in family life is a new level of auto-destruction," said O'Brien.
Rzeczpospolita reports that the Eckhardt Scheffer of BZgA claimed that before releasing the manual the organization consulted parents, educators and child psychologists. 93% of whom gave a positive evaluation.
Even for a Western nation, Germany's billboards and television ads push the limits of public pornography. Last year LifeSiteNews.com reported that a very popular teen magazine in Germany publishes nude photos of teens in sexual positions which would be in almost any other nation illegal child pornography.

"Will those children who are not liberated by their parents have special classes in their schools where they're introduced to these practices," asked O'Brien rhetorically. "If the state intervenes in this way, what won't it intervene in?"
O'Brien concluded his comments quoting G.K. Chesterton: "When men cease to believe in God, they do not thereafter believe in nothing, they then become capable of believing anything."

Sickening
I had written a post to on this page but modifiers must be removing it, basically this is sickening and i don't believe this should be stressed out to any local authorities like kindergarten or nursery. It's a sick way of approaching what should be dealt with in a completely different manner.
I can't believe that someone has the balls to even brand this a pamphlet because its literally paedo alert and sending out the wrong signals.
Trust the germans to think of something like this, no wonder their country is in a state of decline...shocking behaviour and if the moderators of this forum will let me explain and have my freedom of speech, they will not remove this revised reply.

This is purely a disgusting and revolting article, more to the point I have stopped halfway through this article because I was more or less disgusted by it and wanted to vomit.
This is where the likes of incest and paedo's will thrive on something like this, trust the bloody germans to bring something like this out. I hate things like this and trying to push it to a stage where it's not necessarily important but only containment within a family. When growing up I'm sure all parents have to explain at some stage what parts are for what and why, who has what, etc. Why a father has to touch their daughter in their region just because the little angels do it to their fathers is beyond me. It's pure innocence! The author of this stupid, ridiculous pamphlet needs a reality check. Thats what it is its innocence, nothing else, they are only curious to know what it is down there but we as adults should be already aware of that so theres no need to touch our daughters.
All I have to say on the matter is its sick and disgusting, Germany has went way down in my estimation and this just confirms it. Shame on you Germany, shame to know that you want to publicly release something into a world where we already live with sickening perverts, and you've just joined the list. Well Done!

This may sound strange and quite unrelated but I believe it gives some insight in to the mind of the liberal Euro.
I have been a moderately successfull artist for around 20 years. During this time I have done business with various German partners/agents which also lead me to visit germany on a good number of ocassions. During my visits I would always mingle with the 'arty' crowd so to speak. I come from a very 'unarty' working class background. I can certainly recall a number of particularly strange characters. But what struck me was their general perverse attitude to traditional art and their general hatred for anything normal or things that didnt shock. Its difficult for me to explain because while I am very competent with my artistic endeavours I cant really put in to words very well what I experienced with the Germans I met. Eventually I stopped enjoying my visits to Germany because I would always end up being bombarded with very far left opinions. They obviously thought that as an artist I must be very liberal, perhaps my art suggests this but I just do what I do without giving it much thought at all. My visits to Belgium and Holland were very similiar.
My favourite places to go were the Czech Republic, Australia, Serbia, and some parts of the US. When I vistied such places I felt the people I met appreciated the art, it wasnt all a big front. I didnt have to pretend to be something I wasnt.
So, these pamphlets dont come as any surprise to me at all because one arty woman had a friend who had been abused as a child and she wanted to have an exhibition containing various collages of child porn to bring attention to the issue. My arty coffee companion thought this was a brilliant idea and at one point became so excited by the idea I thought for a moment she was quite mad. I dont know if the exhibition ever took place.
I would certainly expect this sort of thing to start happening all over the west.

The very publication of this booklet and subsequent information contained within it, is just a sickening reality that a few of us realised a long time ago. If you do object the EU has it within it's power to say that our law must be changed and we must obey any such change in the law, because our Government has signed the EU Treaties and EU Community Law now over/rides our national law.
And remember it is now possible for the laws which regulate education within the EU to impose paedophile teachers on your children, without your permission.

Germany is known (and it is well documented) to have complete control of the EU. Any new legislation that comes into force in Germany, is always adopted by the EU for in reality that is the very place all 110,000 regulations were drafted in the first place.
With the way the world is a the moment does this really shock you, for if it does, you are in for a wide awakening.

These children were not returned even when these grounds were proven to be false.Did they end up in the 'care' of homosexual partners and/or pedophile rings? Contact Point is a pedophile's charter and in Maryland, USA, parents were frogmarched to court at gunpoint, facing imprisonment and fines for every day their children lived without imposed vaccinations. The Dumblane affair also implicated members of The Royal Household, no less Her Maj. so I don't know why there is support for this bunch of lying lizards on this website as their crimes against children and humanity have been well documented.

We have to ask why is it that whenever someone mentions ordinary words to describe the 'hooks' upon which our freedom of speech and genuine enquiry/observation is being stifled, irradicated - accusations of 'phobia' abound and so the validity of the case is summarily dismissed.
You misunderstand. It is not the sexual choices for engagement of one gender or another that I have any issue with. There have always been men and women with strong desires towards their own sex. This was estimated to be around 1% of the population; some have said it is as high as 10% but no matter. The point is that this choice has always been in the minority and as with other activities, providing that mutual and informed consent is prevalent it is no-one elses business; as is part of freewill and free choice which I passionately advocate. I could site loads of examples from my life which would prove the case of my neutrality but I am not going to defend that which needs no defense.
The point is, is that such egalitarian motiviations within rational people has been and is being manipulated for pernicious ends. The end results of which are becoming apparent in the policies of Social Services taking children away from natural and foster parents for little or no legitimate reason in order to place them in an environment which positively promotes homosexuality; this before a child has any notion of self as a sexual being and their natural inclinations toward heterosexual procreation are negated, stifled and presented as being 'homophobic'. Add to this the blindlingly obvious promotion in the media of homosexual practices and the subversion of natural desires and tendancies within the human race. What, I ask is there to 'celebrate' about homosexuality? Yet, we are encouraged to do so at the expense of heterosexuality. it can be seen that some 'agenda' other than freedom is being promoted here and it is not only within the hetero/homo dichotomy where values such as dignity and decency are being trashed.
As for the comments on 'lizards' this was somewhat tongue-in-cheek but there is a body of research into our hidden past which highlights the fact that what has been presented and taught as our history is not the whole truth by a long shot. I suggest as always, that rather than the conditioned response reflex, that people actually set out to prove or disprove things for themselves and do some research. Fortunately, there is no longer any excuse for ignorance, as we have a veritable Alexandrian Library available (still) via the internet. Seek and you shall indeed, find. All you have to do is ask a question via websearch
There is no solution in studying the symptomatic results of a terminal disease, without tracking back to root cause and this is where I begin. We have been heavily conditioned to focus on the results and not the cause; hence everyone has a media-fed 'opinion' on how to remedy the myriad symptoms of the state we are in. An apt analogy is putting elastoplasts on gushing arteries - it ain't gonna fix the problem, is it?
As for credibility, you think in your ignorance that you have a handle on 'the truth' whereas in fact, you have grasped the symptom of 'a truth' and seem satisfied that this is where the journey ends. It does not. Yes, there are obvious wrongs, evils and dangers becoming increasingly visible and if you want to spend your life pouncing on these, this is your choice but it is not the approach which will route out the cause, the truth behind our seemingly endless problems. We don't have the luxury of time to play superficial games, as is evident from the Nazi trap surrounding us and snapping shut here and now in this country.
These are phenominal times, with outrageous revelations and in order to move into the place beyond catastrophe, the first thing that has to go are the knee-jerk 'isms' and 'phobias' used as weapons so unconsciously against those voices hithertofore in 'the wilderness'. I tell you this much, the wilderness is becoming increasingly populated, refreshingly so and it's high time the snoozing majority awoke to hear the call, instead of continuing to promote the dytopia agenda by attacking those with greater insight.

Well, I've now been hounded off the Mothers for Justice site, by a man who supports a syndrome which was written by a paedophile called Richard Gardner. He has called me a religious bigot because of my belief in God, NOT because I have banged anyone over the head with a Bible, apparently to say "God Bles" and to pray is offensive - I expect it must be though, to those who support paedophilia! So I won't be recommending Mothers for Justice unless they wise up and clear the deck of paedophile supporters!
Richard Gardner was an evil vile paedophile bas*ard who invented Parental Alienation Syndrome which made it hard for children to escape from the person who is abusing them, because it makes outsiders believe that anyone who listens to the child is a liar and that they are encouraging the child to make up lies about being abused. Gardner also invented "threat therapy" to brainwash and subdue abused children into suffering more abuse. Gardners threat therepy is designed to crush the child's spirit, just as is "holding therepy". All these so called therepies are from the same pervert mind control stable.
I cannot think of anything nice to say at all about Richard Gardner except that he is dead. (HOORAY! and GOOD RIDDANCE!) So is his best mate and fellow scumshite Ralph Underwager, inventor of False Memory Syndrome, which was designed to make people who had been abused be disbelieved. More crafty, evil mind control.

I've been threatened several times with jail IN CASE I COMMIT CONTEMPT OF COURT! I am a bleeding child abuse VICTIM!!! I am a RAPE VICTIM!!! And I have committed no crime worthy of a term of imprisonment.
I am due in court in June. My rapist has taken me to court for seven years. He could carry on persecuting me until my child is 18, that is another 7 years. The rapist was a member of the Labour Party, an ex deputy mayor of a small town in Staffordshire and his father was a Freemason. I think this must be the reason I have been treated in this incredibll foul and cruel way.
