We meet regulary in Watford under the banner of White Rabbit Education. Next meeting on evening of Tuesday 21st May. This will be the last of six in the current series. Then we change to monthly all day meetings on Sundays. This is White Rabbit Education, Boot Camp for Bunnies, a reminder for the rest of us. Topics we have dealt with include: How to caution a copper, commercial redemption, how to stop the bailiffs, meet your STRAWMAN and putting everything into a trust. I'm not an expert on this but I know a little about the subject. Really depends on who you owe the money to, credit card, bank, elec, car loan, council etc. One way I do know is if you approach the 'original' company and offer a small payment towards the debt, by means of cash, credit card or debit card. Hopefully they should refuse, normally they will state that "the recovery of this debt is now in someone ele's hands" (this is the company or court who has or is issuing the court order). Now if they refuse YOU MUST GET THIS IN WRITING so go with a prepared letter saying 'here is my contribution towards this debt and can you as an agent of this company please sign as confirmation that you on behalf of this company refuse my contribution, so via the net is pretty good as you won't need to come face to face which sometime may not be possible. Once you have it in writing then you can then go back to the orignal company and state 'because I have made an offer of payment and you have refused under section ???? of the Credit Consumer Act this debt is now null and void in full, now pelase go away. You need to do a little research into the Credit Consumer Act yourself. My friend is a little bit on an expert on this but I do know it is true as a friend of mine got out of his Council Tax bill this way. Hope this helps. There are a couple of other methods too but as I said it depends on the circumstances of the debt. I do hope you read this, I would love to know the end of your story if you decide to proceed. These financial institutions have been stealing our money for years and it's now payback time.
Council's buying Church buildings selling them of for profit..? How can they sell of God's House? we the people want our Church building back and opened for the use they where built for!
