The Act quotes three individuals by name, Trustee, Husband, Guardian.

Which one is the odd one out?

No I'm not being rhetorical just pointing out that the statute covers those(I believe the wording is) believed dead or absenting themselves.

there no implied requirement that a husband looks after any one or thing, its just a legal status, its also the only on which is part of a partnership as you can be both a trustee and a guardian on your own

oh and trustees look after the interests of the beneficiaries, not the property

so guardians and trustees both look after the interests of people

Which leaves, property(or as you call it, interests, although to be more precise it would typically be legal title) which therefore brings us to

Trustee.

Although, if it isnt property and instead dead people that might explain why few "freeman" are "heard" in public court, cos they're dead

It should have read.

I.e A husband is only such whlist his Wife is alive.
i.e A Guardian, would look after a minor, but the minor would have again have to be alive for a Guardian to exist.

I'm still left with Trustee being the odd one out?
