What is an affidavit?

An affidavit is a written statement from someone which has been sworn to be true. Affidavits, along with witness statements, are documents which are used to prove a person's statement of evidence in court.

If someone knowingly makes a false affidavit, then they are in contempt of court.

When do I use an affidavit?

The common areas in law when you need to use an affidavit include divorce, property disputes and debt cases, but you could use an affidavit in any type of dispute.

Hi,

I won't be filming the talk this time but hopefully in the new year.

I really want to arrange some free workshops to assist people in the creation and correct procedure of Affidavits. Done right, nothing, and I mean nothing can touch these. If you look at the three most powerful private 'lawful' documents that exist, you would see that they all contain sworn oaths (affidavits) from a private man/woman. Affidavits from the 'private' side sworn under oath with unlimited liabilty and done correctly cannot be overturned. This is the way that private law/contracts/agreements are created. Done CORRECTLY these powerhouses of documents work 100% of the time, and like everything else, it just needs to be done right.

The Affiant is not liable for JOHN SMITH or any artificial derivative thereof at anytime whatsoever.

So I take it you no longer wish to contract with the world of commerce then?

When will you wake up and realise your fiction is there to help you?
Without it you cannot engage in commerce of any kind.

Just to inform you that no real man is LIABLE for a legal fiction unless they CHOOSE to be. I would suggest that it would be far better to utilize a legal fiction without being liable for it. Why take the liablity away from the liable party... the UK? As with everything buddy, use what you follow the meaning of and not what you don't. It would appear that at present you are not fully aware of what the points on the affidavit refer to, the deeper meaning, and I mean that with total respect.
