Trespass is a tort and actionable pes se. That is, there is no need to prove that actual damage was done. In some circumstances it is a crime. The simple act of trespass may incur damages though no damage was actualy done. (injuria sine damnus)

Maurice has had his case moved to Barry Magistrates court on the 24th feb, He was initially arrested for trespass but by the time they had driven him to the cop shop it had mysteriously changed to attempted burglary! It turns out he had paid the appropriate fee and filled in the forms to obtain the reports back in september but they just refused to release them.
He is now to be charged with a minor public order offence.

She was tried in cardiff crown court no1 for contempt of court during maurices trial, I do not know what happened there as I could not be in both courtrooms at the same time, but they would not release her untill Maurices trial was concluded.I think she was bailed for trial at a later date, when i saw her at her home she was lying low after the police raided her house with the usual destructiveness they employ nowadays, doors smashed, everything turned over and the place in a mess.
I have not seen her since and so have no further info at the moment but I will post back with any news.
