You might think that after 8 months in prison on a ridiculous charge and then beating the stich up in court he would take a break for a while, not our Maurice ,after eventually being released on Tuesday, 24 hrs later he went to the Caswell Clinic to ask for copies of the psychiactric reports they produced on him whilst they were injecting him with unknown drugs and chemicals!
Predictably enough they refused to give him copies of the report and told him to go away, but Maurice, not being one to back down in the face of officialdom insisted on his rights and ultimately SWP were called.
He was arrested and is currently on police bail to appear at bridgend magistrates court on the 23rd Feb. to face charges of trespass and obstruction!

Oh god, oh god, oh god!
When I first started reading your post, someoneelse, I was jubilant that Maurice wasn't resting; buy the end or it though my heart sank at the thought that he was back in police custody.

Justice (and truth!) need to be served, I just hate that some are paying the price for insisting on that, in the face of so many 'officials' who would have it buried.

I'm SO grateful for those who put themselves forward, but SO sorry that they have to.

I was always under the impression Trespass was a Civil offense? (besides those covered by the draconian (Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994)

Tresspass IS a civil offence......................me thinks its just another way to silence him again.................... how long is this going to go on for?

Having known of MK's antics since the '80s he is not a man to sit down and think things through. He has just had a massive victory over the South Wales police and the corrupt judicial system; he has just been released from gaol after 8 months. What he should have done is distance himself from the police, Caswell clinic etc. There are ways of getting the information and not putting himself in jeopardy again. Now his defence to trespass must be that they have trespassed upon his body by unlawful application of drugs and restraint.
Someone said here that trespass is a civil matter. Be assured that when THE POWERS that be are involved THEY will use the police to act for them. If you thought that apartheid in South Africa was bad, just what do you think we have in Britain? Anyone who Posts on this Lawful Rebellion forum should be 100% behind this man supporting him against the injustices we purport to oppose ... in every way open to us ... don't let them do anything behind the scenes, make sure that we keep reports and transgressions against this man in the public eye. He is legally entitled to this under the data protection act. (Subject Access Request)

Maybe someone close enough could visit him and get him to sign the S.A.R. and post it on his behalf? (Special D of course)

When they don't reply after 40 days you get to complain to the information commissioner. I think that's one of few official departments that actually does its job

Thanks for that info Shinobi, I will pass it on to him, he is not actually in custody at the moment ( as of last night) but out on police bail and excluded from entering the area around the parc prison where the clinic is located.
As for the trespass charge, I also thought it was a civil matter but maybe plod can't tell the difference nowadays and in any case they have a habit of bringing all sorts of spurious charges against him and then dropping them, last time it was " threatening to throw a bundle of papers through the solicitors ( open ) door"
but they dropped that one and left it at the firearms charges which as we all know were just as spurious as the first one!
I suspect they will just press the obstruction charge

Glad he's been let out again. He might be banned from the area around the clinic, but I'm sure registered mail is not

Could possibly consider asking a solicitor/notary to send it and provide an affidavit of service. They won't be telling lies then.... well maybe they will, but they'll get caught.
