lease, please help me out here. I have been told that due to my fits and blackouts I am not able to work, however, they stopped my ESA a few months ago because i am living with a partner. This means now if I need anything, i have to go ask him for money. It leaves me feeling ashamed. I believe that the system is being discriminatory against my illness and is negligent to my basic care needs. I don't see how they can rule this as I am not actually married and my strawman is still in operation (under my given name). I would like some legal advice as I am going to try sue the DWP and hopefully set the benchmark for others in my situation. Need to get my facts straight as I cannot afford a lawyer to get me out of the system, I'm making my best in the system. I admire you work. Gosh, I'd love to be a free woman. Keep up the good fight.
Hi there, was going to ask similar questions to you on behalf of many sick and disabled people who are being persecuted by this so called government. Surely as human beings we have rights to live with the means to do so without having to live in fear, I so feel for these sad stories of people starving or going without heating through no fault of theirs. I was lucky to get through my ESA and having no partner I am not in your position. So hope you get an answer soon, would be delighted to hear anything.
I would also like to ask Tpuc to get on the case regarding the benefit cuts i.e esa/dla. I am also one that has come to the ruthless axe. I for one would like to state right here that if nothing is done
and fast about this aimed slaughter on our lives or forced suicide that is presented before myself and others this is a plea for help before its my only line left. Id be very, very interested if Tpuc could also investigate the other side if we are now deemed fit for work what laws / statutes / rules apply to make sure we get given appropriate work, given our disability’s and can apply and not be judged on disability by an employer and if them or the government / wa or agos healthcare can be held liable and sued etc for any detrimental effect on health or accidents that may occur. Thank you please help.
hi! i hear you are having problems with esa, well i really must tell you that. . . .if you say you can't make a meal you should automatically quallify for a low rate of dla. they present obsticles, all of which are negotiable, you just have to approach them in the correct manor and say and do the proper things to meet standards, prove you need it and play on your condition and pester them or they will pester you! i hope i have been of some help! barry no1important! =)

hi ive got a no bail warrant from police as i returned a court summons saying "no contract return to sender"cos they reckon i breached an order i was on but i know i have not, but all these letterheads are all cap letters so this is not me its a corporate fiction and ive just woke up to what they doing can you tell me what can do next please thx
whats the date were supposed to stay in bed , if it was to work i would take a couple of weeks off, or just quit, i hate being a slave anyway, didnt mind before i found out how fucked up is that.
